• Fall Sports Student-Athlete Meeting - Auditorium - 2:00 pm

TRYOUT REQUIREMENTS

• Registration: Students and parents must register for athletics at the MVHS Final Forms site for the 2024-25 SY (directions can be found at the bottom of the newsletter). **Please check your Final Forms account to ensure that all online documents have been signed by both the parent / guardian and the student.
• Physical: All students must have a current physical on file with the MVHS Athletic Trainer (Brittany Warren - bwarren@mvsdpride.org).
• SWAY Test: All students must have a current SWAY Test on file with the MVHS Athletic Trainer (the SWAY Test has replaced the Impact Test).
• Academic Eligibility: All students must be academically eligible to try out for a MVHS Sports team. Please see below for more info regarding academic eligibility.
• NHIAA Standards: All students must meet all NHIAA eligibility standards.

Academic Eligibility Requirements: MVHS student-athletes fall under the scope of the NHIAA and MVHS Academic Eligibility Requirements. Students are required to maintain a final grade of passing/competency in their classes based on the MVHS Academic Eligibility policy listed below.

Students must be passing the following:

• If enrolled in 4 classes - must pass 4 classes
• If enrolled in 5 classes - must pass 5 classes
• If enrolled in 6 classes - must pass 5 classes
• If enrolled in 7 classes - must pass 5 classes
